Gumball Machine Ornament

For the base of the gumball machine, I used a 6’ H terracotta pot.
Black paint and crimson paint
These are the paint colors for this project.

I painted the pot with the crimson paint.

I had to add two coats to get full coverage.

Next, I save this soda can tab for this project. I hot glued it to the pot.

Once the glue dried, I painted the middle of the tab black.
Clear ornament ball.
This large clear ball ornament will go on top of the pot. But not shown I decided not to keep the top silver but to paint it crimson.

I got three of these candy canes filled with candy at the Dollar Tree.

I filled the ornament with all of the candy.
Blue glue gun and terracotta pot.
Once the ornament was filled with candy and the cap was placed, I hot glued the ornament to the pot.
Red DIY Christmas gumball-style ornament filled with red and green candies, topped with a clear globe and finished with a red gingham bow.
Next, I added a ribbon, and this is the finished product.
